In "normal" times, growing older is a stressful experience. There are health concerns, shifting family relationships, dealing with the passing of friends and loved ones, and many other triggering issues. When you add to that the threats of COVID-19 and anti-Asian violence, it can be difficult to bounce back on your own. The aim of this training is to help Seniors learn n ew skills for coping with normal and unique stressors.
