Media Collection Vincent de Conte, PhD Dr. Conte is a consulting psychologist licensed in New York State currently devoting his time to cross-cultural management, clinical counseling, and teaching. In recent years he has focused his attention on stress reduction and performance enhancement derived from Mindfulness-meditation, Qi gong and yogic practices. He is Managing Partner of Work/Life, LLC a consultancy engaged for Organizational Development and Executive Coaching and serves on the adjunct faculties of NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering and Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Management where he teaches: Organizational Behavior, International/Cross-cultural Management, People Analytics, Human Resources Management and Leadership. Dr. Conte has extensive experience in consulting to organizations including AON China, American Express, Bubugau Electronics, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital System, Eli Lilly Korea, GE, Halliburton, Kraft Foods China, McGraw Hill publishing, Merrill Lynch, NBA Retired Players Association, Samsung, TCL, U.S. Tennis Association, Wolters Kluwer Publishing. Vince holds a PhD. in Applied Psychology from Hofstra University, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Manhattan College and a B.A. from St. John’s University. He is certified as a Level-3 Breath-Body-Mind coach.

Media Collection Fen Ju Tai Fen-Ju Tai, LCSW-R, is the Acting Director of PEARL Institute of New York. Prior to joining PEARL, Ms. Tai has over 30 years of clinical and management/supervisory experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, working with both Asian Community and General Population in New York City/Metro Area. Ms. Tai is also an educator who conducted workshops, lectures, trainings, and internship supervision for MSW students . Ms. Tai earned her B.A. degree in Social Work from National Taiwan University, MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work, and Certification in Family Therapy from Family Institute of Westchester.
