教育项目 P.E.A.R.L. Institute 一直致力於提高跨文化福利計劃領域的理解和教育。通過與美國和國外的多個組織合作， PEARL 能夠幫助在專業人士和學者之間培養開放和自由的對話。 P.E.A.R.L. 董事會成員與國際主要大學和研究機構合作，在紐約、多倫多、臺灣、中國、越南和柬埔寨舉辦了以循證評估和實踐、直接服務能力、社會政策為主題的各種主題的國際會議、兒童和家庭服務等。 P.E.A.R.L. Institute 與大學合作，為教育工作者、社會服務從業人員和管理人員以及個人、青年、家庭和老年人團體提供聯合證書培訓講習班和計劃。該研究所的專業證書課程包括提供社會工作課程開發、文化能力培訓、臨床監督和要求主題的在職培訓的長期和短期課程。被這些計劃接受的國際參與者將在美國學習期間購買適當的健康保險。 P.E.A.R.L.
